We are surrounded by an abundance of fast, ready-made foods that are that quickly becoming the new normal. This three-part interactive dinner conversation will give you the tools to make informed decisions & avoid the pitfalls of the ‘Standard American Diet’ (SAD). Each dinner conversation includes lively demos and conversations that inspire nutritional transformations. Dr. Jonathan Roberti is a celebrated speaker, Hippocrates Health Institute health educator, and wellicious guru. After weighting more than 240 pounds and spending more time in other doctor’s offices than his own, Jonathan transformed his entire life and is opening the door for others to do the very same.

This dinner conversation focuses on sourcing and creating simple sustainable meals that incorporate vibrant, whole-food nutrition that appeal to the entire family.
