Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays but this year the famous Pumpkin BLAZE (which I just went to for the first time last night!) made Halloween 2014 already top the charts and its not even 10/31 yet. An unexpected and well orchestrated parking situation made this event even more of a delight. Not overly packed and a steady pace thru the pumpkin trail the incredible detail of each of the THOUSANDS of pumpkins literally brought tears to my eyes. Seeing such intricate detail and thinking of the time it took to make each pumpkin was awe inducing to say the least. Aside from the marvels of art this pumpkin fest has an amazing gift and bake shop for yourself and the little ones. (the pumpkin pie is insane!)

Recommended for all ages.
Blaze is handicapped accessible, as there are no stairs to negotiate through the installation. However, there are some narrow and slightly sloped brick paths and it is a walk-through experience along uneven, unpaved, soft-surface terrain. Handicapped parking is available, but your car must display a handicapped placard or plate.
