Raw oatmeal: overnight oats made with cashews, dates, and almond milk, topped with dried cranberries, chia & coconut flakes
Acai bowl: made with banana & almond milk, topped with our house made granola
Breakfast salad: mixed greens, bacon, cherry tomato, parmesan, with two soft eggs and our house made paleo flax croutons
Paleo flax bread: a new bread option we make in house, completely adheres to paleo diet restrictions (no grain, no added sugar, no gluten)
Avocado toast toppings: buffalo chicken or bacon & house jalapeño sauce
The Granola Bar sampler: the first time they’ve added granola bars to the menu, and start your meal with 3 granola bars of your choice
Upper West Side: a new salad; mixed greens, baked salmon, avocado, soft egg, tomato with paleo flax croutons
Paleo Turkey Club: roast turkey, bacon, greens, tomato, avocado, mayo and maple mustard vinaigrette served open face on our house made paleo flax bread
Miso Chicken Wrap: chicken, veggie slaw, black sesame granola with miso aioli in a whole-wheat wrap
