Champagne + a donut burger – looks good doesn’t it? Not so fast. Okay so, yea, it’s cold. But just because all the cashmere in the world can’t keep you warm doesn’t grant a freebie for slamming down the cheetos and chard. As tempting as it is to indulge in sugar, alcohol and any comfort food within arms length it is too easy to go overboard. When you are stuck inside this winter keep yourself busy and sober as often as you can because trust me when the sun and bikinis comes out you will regret it. There is plenty of shit you have procrastinated on allllll year, trust me, for you to remain bright eyed and skinny. Organize your closet, clean out your fridge, clean period. As far as fitness goes you don’t need a bow flex to break a sweat. Grab a dumbbell or a book [as in coffee table] and do some arm work. Pop in a DVD. It doesn’t matter if it is Jane Fonda or from the 80’s just get your ass on the floor and do a sit up. Only a few more weeks people, we are in the home stretch.
