Tired of Looking Tired? Now You Don’t Have To

For the GGs Who Are Exhausted, But Refuse to Look It

Let’s talk about the most right-now relevant issue many of us are facing: under eyes that look tired, shadowed, or just a little worn out from life and the holidays.

It is officially tired under eye season and I am right there with you.

I visited the @dermduo, Laura and Diana Palmisano, co-founders of @skinsolutions.co {website}https://www.skinsolutions.coon Greenwich Ave, and their Triple R Philosophy – “Refine, Rebuild, Restore” – completely changed the way I think about facial rejuvenation.

Instead of pushing quick fixes, Laura built a treatment plan that works with my natural biology which I loved. Stay tuned for our multi-step journey.

In the meantime, these are the three treatments Laura recommended for the under-eye area that are at the top of my list for instantly looking rested in no time:

1. Thermage Eyes
A non-invasive tightening treatment that lifts and firms the upper and lower eyelids by stimulating collagen. Perfect for crepey skin, fine lines, and that heavy eye feeling that shows up in every photo after 5 PM.

2. PRF Under Eyes
PRF, or Platelet Rich Fibrin, uses your body’s own growth factors to improve texture, hollowness, and discoloration. PRF Gel can also be used to gently restore volume in areas of hollowness, giving a softer, more lifted under-eye appearance. PRF Gel adds soft volume while traditional PRF boosts cellular repair for smoother, healthier skin. It is a completely natural option that works beautifully over time.

3. Botox for Facial Framework
Strategically placed Botox in targeted areas like the forehead, crow’s feet, or brow line helps lift the eyes, soften expression lines, and create a subtly refreshed, awake look. Think of it as a brightening filter, but real.

These three are especially perfect for the holiday season when we are all running, hosting, wrapping, celebrating, and desperately needing to look like we slept eight hours even when we didn’t.
