If you’re even remotely into fashion, you’ve probably seen the effortlessly chic feed of @connecticutluxury – a stream of stylish passerby interviews capturing real, in-the-wild outfits across CT (mostly Greenwich & Fairfield County), NYC, and the Hamptons. It is one of those accounts that instantly pulls you in.
Curious about the creative mind behind the camera, I reached out and met up with Wren Alaia, the host and founder of Connecticut Luxury. Over coffee, we dove into her deep love of fashion, her background in PR and reporting, and her eye for spotting trends before they hit the mainstream.
By the time my latte was gone, one thing was clear:
Wren – and Connecticut Luxury – are the go-to source for seeing what’s actually being worn right now in the tri-state area.
If you want real style inspiration, current trends in action, and a pulse on what’s “in” across our region, definitely give @connecticutluxury a follow. And if you catch my video in the next slide, you will see that my style sense is all about mixing highs and lows!#greenwichgirl#greenwich#style
