At first I hated the idea of a smart home. But as technology continues to overpower any human being I have come to realize that I could actually use it to my advantage if that meant using less brain power on dumb things like turning off the lights. Why bother if Alexa will do it?! These five items are amazing! Not only are they super useful around the house but each one (minus the toaster!) encourages healthy habits. And while robots are becoming nearly the norm inside the home, I am not there yet. But this remarkable little circular vaccum does all the work for you! This thing will quite loterally bust around your house, self direct s when a wall is encountered, and all the while silently vacuuming while you control it from the lofty couch via your iPhone. Yes, this is the epitome of laziness enabling but then again, is it really that bad to spend less time worrying about the little things all the while trusting that Alexa has you covered!?
