When it comes to the world of hair no one knows it better than Joel Warren, founder of Warren Tricomi. Having invented the concept of ‘baby lights’ I was lucky enough to ask him personally why baby lights really ARE so much better than highlights. His answer? “Baby lights are a form of high lights. They were created to give the effect of a child’s hair. It’s is a finer weave of hair that is put in a foil but scattered to create a look that is like a child’s natural hair color.”
