This is easy for guys. As long as they keep their shirt on and keep away from super intoxicated frat boy pictures they are that much closer to a right swipe. For girls it is a little more difficult. Here are a few tips on your pictures to get a genuine right swipe.
Some people might get the right swipe with revealing selfies clown makeup selfies, but they don’t get the right “right swipe.” Don’t fall into the slutty trap. If you want your right swipe to count, attract the guy that will like you for you.
1. No Selfies. No excuses.
Selfies, no matter how flattering, come off as super self centered and obnoxious. Put up pictures from a day trip with friends or a few flattering pictures from a party.
2. Leave some things a mystery
Don’t go right out of the gate showing excessive cleavage or skin. You want interested, not completely satisfied with the picture.
3. No excessive makeup
Makeup is a beautiful thing. It can cover up those horrible blemishes and bags under your eyes, but when you start to look like someone else they end up liking your makeup skills, not your actual face.
4. Lighting is everything
I’m not saying set up a lighting concept for each photo you take, but be conscious of how light hits you in a photo- if you go wrong you could look like a ghost or deformed.
5. Show confidence
Confidence is everything for guys. If you look self-conscious in pictures all your possible matches will be wondering why you don’t see what a fine piece of ass you are. Strut your stuff girl and people will want to buy tickets to that show!
