Tech neck is a thing. A real thing. We spend most of our time looking down at our laptops, tablets, and phones, and we do it for hours on end each time we do so.
Looking down at your technology reduces the elasticity in the skin on your neck, which happens to be very thin and uber delicate. What’s worse? There’s no treatment nor procure to fix this condition. You really have only two options: either you reduce your time using your tech down to only when its absolutely necessary, or adjust your screens on your laptop to where you’re not looking down, thus loosening your neck.Or, and hear me out on this one, you can just lift up your screen phone to your eye level. This way, you still get to use your instagram while preventing one awful case of turkey neck..and no amount of clothing can hide that travesty.
