Dina’s Delectable Spinach Salad with Lemon Shallot Dressing
Combine spinach lettuce, turkey bacon, hard boiled eggs, red onion and mushrooms.
Drizzled with the below dressing, this salad will keep you feeling healthy, full and energized!
Lemon shallot dressing
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup squeezed lemon
Chopped shallot (can even roast for different flavor)
1 tsp melted raw honey
salt & pepper to taste
