We all know that there are never enough hours in the day. Regardless of how efficient you are with every minute, time can seem to often slip away and the never ending to-do list can be a daunting one. But breathe my precious GG’s. I have recently implemented a morning routine that despite it taking a solid 2 hours out of my day has changed my life. Waking up two hours early to do this routine is something that even after one time of doing you too will find is life altering. With the crazy world around us and constant stimulation, it can be so easy to smack that alarm clock, pop out of bed and immediately check emails. STOP. STOP THIS NOW. It is completely anxiety provoking and when you wake up the most peaceful thing you can do is be grateful, visualize your day ahead, meditate to calm your mind and to stay focused and have a healthy meal after an invigorating workout.
