We all have fears and anxieties. But when it comes to how to deal with them that can be that hardest part to find a solution to. Luckily for us, Coping With Fear, a FREE ECOURSE, may have all of the answers you need.
Reassurance and your first step may be only a click away. Check out Claudia Frey, licensed clinical psychologist, cognitive behavioral therapist, and trauma therapist. She has her own private practice, and “over 20 years of experience in hospitals” and clinics, and she also trains psychotherapists “at one of the oldest German CBT Institutes”. Not to mention that our beloved fellow GG Miles Carroll is also heavily involved in the teaching of this amazing course!!
Upon signing up free of charge, you will receive 12 lessons via email over the course of six weeks. The lessons consist of tips from “professionals coming from different fields and different angles” explaining “how you can better cope with your fears, or even get rid of them altogether”. The course contains advice not just from therapists, but also from a human rights activist, a pastor and a rock star. The different perspectives are not meant to be confusing, but to provide a variety of insights so as to better help you cope. Frey reminds us that this ECourse does “not replace psychotherapy, but it might take you a step further in how you approach your fears and what next steps might be good ones to consider (including treatment or not). If you’re struggling with something you can’t quite put your finger on, or a fear that you know all too well, don’t hesitate to click or call today.
This is a free eCourse to support you in dealing with panic attacks, anxiety and phobias. It also covers fears like the fear of flying or stage fright.
The course consists of 12 lessons delivered within a 6 week period: Every Monday and Friday you’ll receive new insights and valuable tips from our experts.
12 professionals coming from different fields and different angles will explain to you how you can better cope with your fears, or even get rid of them altogether.
And our experts are very different. They not only come from different psychological backgrounds, but also from different professions. So besides just talking to therapists, we will also talk to a human rights activist, a pastor and a rock star in the eCourse.
This is because there is no one single answer to the question “how to cope with fear”. There’s knowledge about it, of course. And there is a lot of experience on how to best get rid of fears. But then there is you, being confronted with unwanted, (seemingly) obvious irrational fears. And you want to cope with them, in the best, most sustainable way possible.
Psychotherapy might not be an option if you’re living in a remote area of the world. This eCourse certainly does not replace psychotherapy, but it might take you a step further in how you approach your fears and what next steps might be good ones to consider (including treatment or not).
How does it work?
After signing up you’ll receive 12 lessons in the next 6 weeks: Two times per week you’ll receive an email with a link to the day’s lesson. So, after receiving your email, you just need to click the link and insert your password to get our experts’ thoughts, advice and tips. It’s really that easy.
Most lessons consist of an interview with the “expert of the day” who has their own angle on how to look at fears. They will also teach you a specific aspect of overcoming it. You might be surprised and amazed at what you’ll learn.
Isn’t it confusing hearing all kinds of different advice?
This eCourse is not designed to confuse you (of course not!), but rather to shed some light on different perspectives. And how you can apply it to your personal goal of overcoming fear.
There is no “one size fits all” approach in personal development or in psychotherapy. This is why some tips and advice might be perfect for one participant, whereas another might find the insight of a different expert helpful.
That being said, our experts are all very much down to earth and will not only provide you with helpful resources, but also with interesting ideas on what you can do to cope with your fears.
Being the host of the eCourse, I will help you with integrating what you have learned. At the end of the course, all the pieces of the puzzle will come together to make a whole picture. At this point, you will have a comprehensive understanding of what you can do to tackle your fears.
Who is this eCourse for?
It’s for everybody who struggles with fears and who wants to cope with them.
This course will be especially valuable if you need to travel despite your fears, or you feel stuck in your life because of them.
Disclaimer: This eCourse is not a medical or psychotherapy treatment. It can provide valuable and important information, but it is a completely different type of work than a 1:1 personal treatment.
